The Side-Effects of Turinabol
Turinabol is an oral anabolic androgenic steroid that is very similar to the structure of the popular Dianabol compound; both are testosterone derived, with Turinabol having the added 4-chloro alteration. A C17-alpha alkylated (C17-aa) anabolic steroid, a trait shared by most oral anabolic steroids, the side-effects of Turinabol will largely revolve around this nature. Of course, this can be a problem with irresponsible use, but you will find overall this is a rather side-effect friendly steroid. An anabolic steroid that does not aromatize at all, gynecomastia and water retention are impossible, and high blood pressure and cholesterol are almost unheard of. As a testosterone based steroid, hair-loss is possible in men who are predisposed to male-pattern baldness due to a possible Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) conversion, but it is unlikely as such a massive conversion would be necessary.
Liver Side-Effects of Turinabol:
As a C17-aa steroid, this refers to a structural change at the hormones 17th carbon position that allows it to survive the first pass through the liver; a necessary alteration that comes with a consequence. Without this structural change, the liver would destroy most of the hormone before it could be used by the body, but this also causes it to be toxic to the liver. Turinabol does not carry a massively strong hepatotoxic nature, but it’s nowhere near as mild as Anavar and caution is advised. If you supplement, the side-effects of Turinabol will include increased liver enzyme values, but there is hope. First and foremost, do not supplement with excessive doses as this will burden your liver with extreme stress Further, you must avoid excess alcohol consumption; as alcohol is about as anti-performance as it can get it’s not a bad idea to avoid all alcohol consumption. Further, you must limit your use of Over the Counter (OTC) medications (Med’s); many OTC Med’s are just as if not more hepatotoxic in nature as many anabolic steroids, and their use should be limited to when only absolutely necessary. If you can do these things, and there’s no reason you can’t, assuming your liver was healthy prior to supplementation once use is discontinued your liver enzyme values will quickly return to normal.
Female Side-Effects of Turinabol:
Beyond the liver, the most worrisome side-effects of Turinabol supplementation will surround virilization; specifically the promotion of masculine characteristics in females. There are very few anabolic steroids women can use safely, and the only ones must carry low virilization ratings; Anavar and Primobolan being the best choices with Anavar being the best of all. When virilization occurs, body-hair growth, a deepening of the vocal chords and clitoral enlargement can occur, and this can all be devastating to a woman’s femininity. While this steroid does not carry a tremendously high virilization rating, it is high enough to where we can say there are far better choices for female steroidal supplementation, and Turinabol is not recommended.
Testosterone Side-Effects of Turinabol:
Of course, like most anabolic steroids, the side-effects of Turinabol will include natural testosterone suppression, and this means you will need exogenous testosterone supplementation. Failure to include exogenous testosterone will lead you to a low testosterone condition, and such a condition is extremely unhealthy; not to mention potentially severely problematic in numerous ways. Of course, if you supplement with exogenous testosterone, you will avoid any problems; the form of testosterone you choose is of no concern; simply ensure your body has all it needs.
The End Game:
This is it, these are the side-effects of Turinabol, and if you were hoping the side-effects of Turinabol were going to be far more extensive we’re sorry we disappointed you. It must be noted; adolescents should not supplement with Turinabol. Adolescent supplementation, as is the case with any anabolic steroid use will severely damage their fragile, developing androgen system, and often in an irreversible manner.
